Residential Energy Modeling
Do you have a set of plans and desire to build an efficient home, maybe even a net zero or off grid home? Give me a call so we can sit down and discuss the project. I can help in choosing the right sized equipment as well as the correct amount of solar depending on the desired energy off-set you have in mind. An hour of time in the beginning of the build talking about the project followed by an energy model can make all of the difference in accomplishing your dream home.

Blower Door Testing Residential
When you have DHP Energy complete your blower door test you will have an immediate answer for the 2021 Oregon Residential Speciality Code (OSRC). We use multi-point testing rather than single point testing to offer the most accurate results. Your report will be filled out on site and a copy will be sent into your code official on your behalf. The form we use is directly from BCD and is accepted in all of the Central Oregon building jurisdictions. Testing and reporting.

Blower Door Testing Commercial
The ASHRAE 90.1-2019 air leakage compliance can be a difficult process to navigate with the more complex commercial structures. We are here to help you navigate this compliance path. Building Science Consultation
Your home is your sanctuary. You should not have to learn all about building science or general construction to get the home you desire. This is where I come in. From fire resilience and indoor air quality to energy efficiency and cost effective materials selection let me help you navigate the building process. Ideally I would like to meet with you prior to your blueprints being finalized but not necessary. A few hours of intervention is worth weeks or months of headaches.
